Wholesale
When you are signed in with your wholesale account, taxes will not be added and wholesale pricing will apply once you have 25 headbands in your cart.
Retailer Exclusivity
We offer retailer exclusivity by zip code for boutiques. Any size wholesale order locks you into exclusivity for six months. Some variations to this rule are made for seasonal locations.
Exceptions include businesses that carry custom-only products (branded headbands), and specialty shops such as climbing gear shops, dispensaries, blueberry farms, or other stores that carry only specific patterns.

Are products ready to ship?
Everything that is available online is ready to ship.
What is a variety pick?
While we're happy to offer retailers the flexibility of choosing individual headbands, we also want to offer a quick and easy way to add variety.
Variety picks are ordered as single headbands. If you only order one, we will fill your order with one from that category. We recommend ordering 5-15, and our goal will be to deliver the "best variety." For example, if you choose 20 from the "back to school" category and there are only 15 total "back to school" prints, you will get some doubles.

What if online inventory is restricting my order?
We print our fabric and sew all of our products in house. If the online inventory is restricting your order, please email sales@thesassyolive.online and we will create the products for your order.
What are the best sellers?

Do you offer net terms?
We do not offer net terms at this time, however you can find us on Faire. Please only use this direct link to order from us via Faire where you can take advantage of net 30-60 terms.

Do I need to order a minimum amount per product?
Since all products are in stock and ready to ship, you can add as little as one of each to your cart. Minimums only apply to custom orders.
How do I place a custom order?
Start here and upload any artwork, graphics, or logos. Be as descriptive as possible! We will reach out via email with a proof pattern. You will be able to make changes and approve your design before we print.
Can I use my points when ordering wholesale?
Wholesale accounts are excluded from the rewards program. If you make purchases outside of wholesale, please create an account using your personal email and you can get rewarded on your non-wholesale purchases. We're nice, but we're not that nice ;-)
Why can't I find grab bags when signed in with my wholesale account?
Items in grab-bags are super discounted because the products inside may have mild flaws. These flaws may be in the seam or in an area of the item that doesn't affect the way it looks when worn.
For this reason, these products do not meet the standard for resale.
