Delivery Policy
We reserve up to two weeks to process and ship regular orders from the date your order is placed. Custom orders may take up to 21 days, depending on the size of the order.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships. If it’s been more than two weeks and you haven’t received tracking, feel free to reach out.
We are not responsible for packages once they have left our hands and are in possession of the Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for stolen items or items lost in transit.
Want peace of mind?
We offer Package Protection at checkout. This ensures free replacement or refund of lost packages. If you opt out, you’re responsible for filing a USPS claim for any delivery issues.
Return & Exchange Policy
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of original purchase — must be unworn, with receipt, and all tags intact.
Items with gift receipts can be returned within 45 days of purchase.
Online Purchases
Contact us within 10 days of delivery at orders@thesassyolive.online to start a return or exchange.

If your item is unworn or has a production flaw, you’re eligible for a full refund or exchange after we receive it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it’s our error.

The following items are final sale:
Jewelry, sale items, clearance, special offers, subscriptions, and live virtual market purchases.
Off-Site Events & Craft Shows
Items purchased at off-site events or craft shows may be exchanged during the event. Exchanges cannot be processed after the event has concluded.
