In-store/event purchases: In-store items and Sassy Olive handmade products can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 10 days of purchase date accompanied by the receipt. Items must be returned to the location of purchase. Items must have all original tags attached and be in the same condition as the time of purchase. All jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we find that it does not suit or return our polo requirements. If a manager is not on duty to make a final decision when pessary the return will have to be processed when one is on duty during regard business hours. A gift receipt has 45 days from purchase date and is subject to the same terms.
Online purchases: We do not offer exchanges for online purchases unless you bring the product into our store within 14 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase. If you wish to return the item, you may do so by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is unworn and there is not a flaw due to our error, you will receive a full refund once the product is received. The buyer is responsible for the return cost of shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges.
