Lain is an artist from Grand Rapids, Michigan who enjoys highlighting all parts of the natural world with their artwork. They use bright, vibrant colors to showcase everything from bugs to fungus to bones. Lain is both a digital artist and a traditional acrylic painter, and often paints on wood that is locally sourced from their hometown.

Additionally, Lain loves to translate their artwork into a variety of merchandise. They love designing shirts, bags, pins, and patches. Lain is also a muralist and has created artwork in partnership with the Grand Rapids Trans Foundation, the Discovery Wildlife School, Grand Rapids Zone Fest, and more.
