All headbands sold by The Sassy Olive, LLC are NOT for individual resale. 
Do YOU CARRY ONLINE HEADBANDS IN STORE AS WELL:
We (who answer these messages) don’t always have immediate access to the store inventory or know what’s in there. If you want to know if we have a particular pattern or item, please call the store at 269-512-7117 to inquire.
 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP:
Shipping is posted on our website for 1-2 weeks. Typically, turnaround time is around 1-2 days however with large order influx and new product releases, this shipping time may vary. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking via your selected contact method once your order is shipped.
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

In-store/event purchases: In-store items and Sassy Olive handmade products can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 10 days of purchase date accompanied by the receipt. Items must be returned to the location of purchase. Items must have all original tags attached and be in the same condition as the time of purchase. All jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we find that it does not suit our return our requirements. If a manager is not on duty to make a final decision when necessary, the return will have to be processed later, when a manager is on duty during business hours. A gift receipt is valid for up to 45 days from the item's purchase or delivery date and is subject to the same terms.

ONLINE PURCHASES: If you wish to return or exchange the item, you may do so by contacting us within 10 days of the delivery date at shopifyorders.tso@gmail.com. If the item is unworn and there is not a flaw due to our error, you will receive a full refund once the product is received. The buyer is responsible for the return cost of shipping if the return or exchange is not due to a production error.

The Sassy Olive is not responsible for packages once they have left our hands and are in possession of the Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for stolen items or for items that are damaged or lost in transit. The buyer is responsible for filing a claim with their local post office. If an issue arises, the buyer must first check with their local post office before referring the issue to The Sassy Olive. 

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges.
