In-store/event purchases: Products can be returned for store credit or exchanged for alternate products of equal value. Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of the initial purchase date.*
Online purchases: We do not offer exchanges for online purchases unless you bring the product into our store within 14 days of the delivery date with proof of purchase. If you wish to return the item, you may do so by contacting us within 14 days of the delivery date at email@example.com. If the item is unworn and there is not a flaw due to our error, you will receive a full refund once the product is received. The buyer is responsible for the return cost of shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges.
