Cutting Service:We know that 20 yards can be a lot to handle, so we now offer a cutting service! When this option is selected, we will cut all your fabric to two yard pieces. The add-on is $1 per yard.

We design our patterns and produce our fabrics in downtown Allegan, Michigan. We design, print, a sew all under one woman-ran roof. You truly won’t find products like ours anywhere else! Because we print your fabric to order, our Cotton Broadcloth is a final sale product.

A Double Brushed Poly fabric made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex with a weight of 180 GSM is a highly versatile and soft fabric, often used in garments that prioritize comfort and flexibility. This fabric has a double-brushed finish, meaning it’s brushed on both sides, resulting in an ultra-soft, suede-like feel that’s cozy against the skin. The 5% spandex content gives the fabric excellent four-way stretch, making it ideal for form-fitting and flexible garments like leggings, tops, dresses, and activewear. At 180 GSM (grams per square meter), the fabric is lightweight to medium weight, offering a balance between durability and breathability. It’s lightweight enough for year-round wear but substantial enough to drape well without being sheer.

This canvas-feel fabric has been specially treated with a finish that makes it durable, wrinkle-resistant, & stain-repelling while retaining crisp, vibrant colors over many washes. Choose any pattern from any product on our website and type the product name as your pattern choice. Sizing will be as you see on the pattern you select.
